Jazz & Blues Bash
A logo was designed that would be used on all the promotional material. Two colours were chosen to define the two main events. A guitar was placed between ""Jazz Blues", rather then the word "and". The guitar was chosen as it represents Bruce Blair's main instrument, and it is symbolic of the outdoor sign belonging to his former club.
The poster carries a lot of information without appearing overcrowded. There are two nights of music, each with a list of musical guests. The nights are kept separate with a bold colour matching the colour in the logo. The broad patches of colour are eye catching from a distance and the use of curves conotates the free and fun nature of the bash.
Tickets were designed for black and white printing. The white edge allows the amount of cutting time to be reduced and no trimming is necessary along the edges.
The website template used the logo in its banner and the links were designed for quick navigation.
